(Late) Manohar Pandian (Mano) was an established senior Information Technology Leader handling P&L for Tentacle Technologies. It was under his leadership that Tentacle Technologies started, expanded and grew to what it is today, exactly two decades from inception. Mano’s experience covered all facets of information technology, ideating and driving delivery of several large business transformation projects. His innovative thinking and sharp business acumen are noteworthy.
Mano’s specialties included: Driving Technology Innovation, Running profitable businesses, Managing large IT projects across several industry verticals, Business Digitization, IT Shared Services, Business Development, Engagement Structuring, Offshore Outsourcing, Business/IT Consulting; Managing Innovation; Marketing, and Business Development.
Until his demise in August 2021, Mano led from the front, driving his large team of Technology Leaders to deliver some of the finest digital transformation projects for enterprise clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and India. He continues to be remembered by his staff, clients, partners and well-wishers of Tentacle Technologies as one of the most flamboyant and visionary CEOs that the industry has ever seen in recent times.
Kalpana MP – Co-Founder & Executive Director
Kalpana MP is an astute business leader who brings more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Planning to the fore. Starting her career as a Software Engineer over two decades ago, Kalpana has come a long way, handling a multi-faceted portfolio of responsibilities at Tentacle Tech that ensured predictable growth and stability of the organization. Her program management expertise and her ability to manage finance and operations are commendable. Her contributions in the areas of Budget, Taxation and Investment decisions of company have helped catapult the company to newer heights.
Prior to joining Tentacle Tech, Kalpana served as Project Head with MNCs in India and Singapore. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, India and a Masters in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University.
Under Kalpana’s leadership, Tentacle Technologies continues to surge ahead, establishing long-lasting client relationships and charting newer journeys to reinforce the technology leadership position that the company has enjoyed all these years in the Asia-Pacific region.
